在推动托育服务产业发展的背景下，入托需求高与送托行为少之间的矛盾日益凸显。为有效应对该问题，应构建一套面向社区多孩家庭的托育服务系统。基于双钻模型与服务设计方法，分析了我国托育服务机构的发展现状。通过对托育家庭及社区托育机构的需求进行归纳，识别当前服务体系中的核心痛点，进而构建社区托育服务系统及其服务蓝图，并完成社区托育APP的信息架构设计。

Against the backdrop of promoting the development of the childcare service industry, the contradiction between high childcare demand and low utilization rates has become increasingly prominent. To effectively address this issue, a community-based childcare service system targeting multi-child families was constructed. The development status of childcare service institutions in China was analyzed using the double diamond model and service design methods. By summarizing the needs of childcare families and community childcare institutions, core pain points within the current service system were identified. Subsequently, a community childcare service system and its service blueprint were developed,and the information architecture for a community childcare APP was designed.
